This was much more fun than he'd imagined it would be. Stark was obviously having a breakdown of some kind. Maybe he wasn't as philosophical about temporary confinement as Loki had learned to be? That would make sense.
At some point it would probably stop being funny, but that point was not yet. Loki bounced out of the drawer as if his feet had springs and ran to jump on the red sofa and curl up there instead.
