What are slap bracelets?

These bracelets wit bistable spring in it. Decked out in fuzzy tiger stripe fabric on the outside or leopard print or what have you. If you hit your wrist with it, it wrapped around like a snake.

You don't remember any of this Pete but it was all frosted lip gloss and bedazzled jeans. Not really Liz's speed.
